Do you know that feeling — when you discover something and suddenly all the pieces of your life fall into place? For me, one of those moments came in 2015, when I realized I am highly sensitive. It became clear at work: I sensed things that didn’t match what my physical senses were telling me. Someone would say “yes,” but what I felt from them was “no.” It confused me, and I wanted to understand what I was actually perceiving. It turned out to be energy — the subtle frequencies and vibrations that everything and everyone carries. Each frequency holds information, and I was feeling that information directly.
Learning process
What I needed was some extra knowledge about energy management. During the two‑year ECOintention training, I learned how to work with energy and how to perceive it clearly. My preference was to work with the energies of nature, which led me to the shamanic path in 2020. I completed a 2.5‑year training for Training voor pampamesayoq – Serena Anchanchu, rooted in the paqo tradition of Peru. Paqos are the priest‑healers of the Q’ero people. A whole new world opens when you connect with Pachamama — Mother Earth — or with the energies of the Pleiadian star system. The learning path keeps unfolding. Exploring the Everyday World
Learning brings knowledge, but experience creates wisdom. Much of what I learned, I tested in daily life to understand how it truly works. Life itself has been a powerful teacher — showing me what it’s like to be limited by fatigue, to be separated from my child, and to find myself caught in patterns of fear. The way inward has often been the way outward. I continue to unfold into my true essence, discovering that we don’t need to force anything, we can release the need for results, and simply experience what is happening in this moment.
Time to Move Forward and share
As I began to understand how energy works and how to feel it, life started to make more sense. It became a natural step to share this knowledge and skill with you — together with the Black Puma. The Black Puma has been with me throughout my entire shamanic journey, offering new insights whenever I needed them. A few years ago, he returned to show me the deeper purpose of our company: daring to live your true nature. That’s when our company shaman, Black Puma, was born.
